SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days and then delivered within
5–11 business days, so please allow 7–18 business days from the day you
order to the day your parcel arrives. Business days are Monday to Friday,
excluding public holidays.

Where your order ships from
Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas, which
is why delivery takes longer than domestic shipping.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order
ships. Tracking can pause for several days while your parcel moves
between international carriers. That's normal and doesn't mean anything
has gone wrong.

Import duties and taxes
All import duties and taxes are included in our prices. You won't be
asked to pay anything when your order is delivered.

If your order is delayed
If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email
you with a revised date, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

If your order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of ordering, email
us at support@getpawtender.com and we'll send a replacement or give you a full
refund, whichever you prefer.

Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to
change it, email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has
shipped we can't redirect it, and we can't replace orders delivered to
an incorrect address entered at checkout.
